Multiply & Divide by 10, 100, and 1000

Use the Powerpoint together with mini whiteboards to test the students knowledge of place value when multiplying and dividing by powers of 10.

Press on the 'question mark' symbol on each of the question slides to display a place value grid with the specific value which is to be multiplied or divided. Click on the individual blue boxes (or ask the students to do this) to reveal the position of the answer. This can be a great tool to test the students misconceptions.

Loved the way that if the students got stuck on a question I could show the place value grid and then ask specific students to show me where the numbers should go. Thank you!
